(lol, he means that the horses always COULD be left alone, just they shouldn't let Quota and Blaze out together without thinking about it first... lol. Quite all right )

OOC: Oh I see...it's monday..I"m STILL not awake!
Liz smiled, "Yes, they could, but being a mom is not something she needs right now. She's crazy enough." Liz stroked Quota's neck, she pulled on the reins more, saying she wanted to go. "Alright we can go, Marc I'm gonna start to canter, you might wanna fall back. She's wild when she does this." Liz let Quota trot, as she neared a corner, she slowed the trot, and stopped posting. She then half haulted the trot, and pushed her outside leg behind the girth.
Quota took off like a pistol, she started fine, but then she was so happy, she let a few bucks out while still going. Liz had to slow her time to time, she still often thought she was on the race track.

Marc chuckled, and said, "Yeah, I know. It would always be a possibility, that's all I was saying." He patted Blaze's neck, and re-mounted his fine quarter horse. His mud-brown eyes met Marc's sapphire ones, and he smiled towards him, and pulled his head around, facing Blaze forward.
"Yup, that's fine," Marc replied, waiting until she went ahead, and slowly started cantering. His pace slowed as she started to buck in front of him, and he wondered if this was usual. After all, Elizabeth had said that she had been somewhat crazy, and she had been correct to some extent. 'I don't think Blaze would be ready to be a father yet either...' he thought, looking towards his horse, and then watching Elizabeth again, a smile plastered on his tanned face.

Liz looked back to Marc as Quota let out two more wild bucks. Liz yelled happily, "Seems like a Rodeo!" She held on with her legs, but still held the reins. She used to ride western, so she was used to this kind of behavior. Liz finally squeezed her legs, and Quota shot foward, back i nher normal steady, rocking canter. Elizabeth's hands went with the horses neck, she let her body move with the horse also.
Quota snorted everytime she took a stride, most througobreds did that. She tossed her head, but kept going. You'd never need a crop on her, because she was never pokey, comming from the racetrack what would you expect? Quota bucked once more, and finally stopped her crazyness. "Yah, she needs work, but every horse does."

Marc was somewhat glad that Blaze was mild-tempered enough to not buck and kick every time he was urged into a canter. Marc did think that it seemed somewhat fun to watch, even though now he was really worrying about Elizabeth's safety. Her laugh and her exclaimation put him little at ease, and he still worried, but he would lay off for now, until she ever got hurt. She didn't seem worried, so he should be... right?
Marc followed behind, keeping up with Elizabeth and Quota's cantering stride, and he watched her carefully, seeing as Quota calmed down a little bit. He patted Blazing Fire's neck as they cantered, but the horse paid no attention. "That's true, even my Blaze needs some tending to," he agreed, seeing Blaze's auds flick up and down, and then moved his gaze back to Elizabeth again.

Liz felt Quota start to drop her gait just because she was saying she was done. "No, you wanted to canter so bad, well we are going to canter." Liz knew how she was going to act so she like always dug the tip of her heels into the mares side. It was light pressure at first, but then she added more. The mare suddenly tossed her head, and just stopped all together. Liz was not expecting this, she'd never done this before. Liz fell foward a bit, but pushed her heels down, and was able to sit back easily.
She pulled both reins quickly, making the mare's head toss. "STOP!" Liz knew it would do no good to yell, but humans instinctivly shouted. She sighed, and troted the mare, when she came to a corner she half halted her, and started a canter. She was going to make her work this time, almost push her to a gallop. She would have to warn Marc first. She urged Quota to move faster, and she did.She was not going quiet fast enough to have to warn Marc yet.

Marc watched the scene play out in front of him, and then he urged the frightened Blaze forward. His mind raced with thoughts, and he tried to get Blaze to go faster. He needed to be there for Elizabeth, but Blaze wouldn't move another step. Marc was worried, and slightly perturbed, but he knew that Blaze knew better.
Her shout alerted him, and he shouted "Elizabeth!" Seeing her keep her balance and turn her mare was as frightening as Elizabeth's shout. He urged Blaze forward as she started to trot Quota, and then cantered after her when she sped up. His heart was racing, but he kept from shouting out. 'Stop worrying so much,' he told himself, 'She's a stable owner! She knows how to do this stuff!' His sapphire eyes watched Elizabeth, as Blaze's mud-brown eyes watched Quota. What was going to happen next? Marc hoped nothing that would send him off into another worrying state. 'Elizabeth.... be careful,' he stressed his mind, but kept silent behind her.

Liz patted Quota as she was listning. "Good girl, thats more like it." She slowed Quota to a trot, then a walk. She looked over to Marc, her smile dropped from her face as she saw he was worried. She sighed, "Sorry for worring you Marc. Do you want to stop riding?" She would not mind if he did or not. (SSS)

As she slowed into a trot and then a walk, Marc walked up Blaze next to Quota, and he listened to her comment. His eyes widened, and he shook his head, his blonde hair waving. "I wasn't--!" he started, and then looked towards Blaze for a minute, away from Elizabeth. Who was he kidding; of course he was worried about her.
"We can keep riding, up to you," he said, nodding, and then looked back at her. "Just be a bit more careful, okay?" he asked, his sapphire eyes looking into hers, a sincere, but serious look overtaking them. He just wanted her to be careful and safe, but he didn't want to ruin their ride. "I'm sorry Elizabeth, that was a bit rude," he apologized, and said, "If you wanna ride, let's ride. Just ride as you want to."

"Look I'm really sorry for worrying you. It's up to you do you want to ride still?" She petted Quota again, and looked at Marc, she locked eyes with him for a moment, before looking at Blaze. She sighed, Quota snorted, trying to catch her breath.(SSS)

Marc sarcastically rolled his sapphire eyes, and said, "Why is it always up to me?" When locking eyes with Elizabeth, a deep crimson streak came across his face, and he looked down towards Blaze, thankful that she did the same thing. He swallowed softly, and thought about it. He wanted to ride, that was for sure, but he really wanted Elizabeth not to get into danger again. Quota seemed more mellow now though...
Blaze shook his head, and bumped his shoulder against Quota's. Marc wasn't ready for the movement, and slightly lost his balance, regaining his composure after flailing his arms about for a few seconds.

Liz smiled, "Because I don't know what to do." Quota stepped over quickly as Blaze bumped her, she stepped toward Blaze. Liz saw Marc, she grabbed his shoulder, and pushed him back the other way. She let the reins go, Quota was able to be ground tied. Liz's other arm grabbed Marc's Arm to balence him. When he cought his balence, she said "Are you ok?" She had a worried look on her face.

Feeling his arm clasped by Elizabeth, Marc looked up, and the crimson on his face got much more visible. He took a harder gulp, and sat up straight, not looking at Elizabeth for a moment, to try to control the furious emotion in his tanned face.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine," he said, turning his head up and then looked towards Elizabeth again. This time, his eyebrows upturned with concern, and he reached out his other hand, the reins coming away from his grasp. His hand hesitantly touched her cheek, and he smiled. "Don't worry, Elizabeth. I'm fine, thanks though," he said, locking eyes with her once more, and this time, he didn't look away.

As Marc's hand lay across Liz's face, she felt a chill run through her body. It was not because his hand was cold, which it was, she did not know why she had felt cold all of a sudden. She looked at MArc, and quickly looked away. "Ok, y-your welcome." She looked back at Marc, before looking at Quota: Who was nose to nose with Blaze, smelling eachothers muzzles. Liz smiled for a minute, and another eerie chill shot down her spine, making her shake for a second.

Marc cringed as she quickly looked from him, and figured that it was him that was coming on too strongly. He pulled his hand away, and rested it on Blaze's shoulder. His blue eyes looked up towards the horses, who were now sniffing each other, and he rolled his eyes. He was glad that Blaze was making a new friend, and even gladder that it was with the crazy horse Quota.
"S-sorry... I... didn't mean to do that," he apologized again to Elizabeth, looking up towards her sheepishly. He noticed her shiver, and wondered if she was cold. It was a bit drafty, but he didn't have a coat or anything for her. "If you're getting cold, we can head back," he said, his eyebrows upturning with concern again. It was quiet and cold out here, and it would take them a few minutes to get back, and he sort of didn't want to leave. It was peaceful out here, especially with Elizabeth, but he wanted her to be comfortable more than himself, so he decided what she wanted would do.
